By accessing and using the Arland.ai application and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Arland.ai. Arland.ai is operated by Ludonode LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Arland.ai. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not access or use Arland.ai.
Arland.ai is a subscription-based accountability service. You agree to pay the subscription fees as posted on our Service. By initiating a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (monthly or annual, as applicable).
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. We will attempt to charge your payment method on the billing date. If payment fails, we may retry, and you remain responsible for any failed payments. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription. Upon cancellation, you lose access to premium features, but your data remains securely stored for 90 days.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
You agree not to use Arland.ai for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Arland.ai and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Ludonode LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Arland.ai solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Arland.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Arland.ai is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ludonode LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Arland.ai, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Arland.ai at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, engagement in unlawful activities, or non-payment of subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Arland.ai following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue Arland.ai or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms of Service and your use of Arland.ai are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
